The Solution: Pioneer Works hired us on retainer to help them make systemic changes that increased ticket revenue to its events.
AdHoc introduced new business strategies to bring sustainability to its incredible arts programming. We developed new lines of revenue by re-negotiating their ticketing contract, yielding a healthy sign-on bonus and better ticket fees.
We refined their booking structure and mitigated risky offers with our insights based on thousands of events we’ve had in the past with the very same artists they were looking to work with.
To complement their new programming strategies, AdHoc also improved event marketing workflows, and tightened up operations & marketing strategies, ensuring every event had the support needed to reach its full potential.
Together we hosted incredible events with Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, The Lumineers, Junglepussy, Lightning Bolt, and Jacolby Satterwhite.
We boosted their margins while simultaneously increasing their revenue.
