The Challenge: Program a free, three-day outdoor music festival at San Diego Comic-Con for Adult Swim’s legendary activation “Adult Swim Fest on the Green”.
The AdHoc Solution: Bring both established and emerging musical talent that translates the brand’s medium-defying, off-kilter creativity and make it the highest attended year yet.
AdHoc Projects programmed a diverse line-up of established and emerging artists that are true to [adult swim]’s brand, including Flying Lotus, SABA, Ginger Root, and more. Fans traveled cross-country to witness the live debut of rising artist Hemlocke Springs, which spurred an hours-long line for impromptu meet-and-greets.
AdHoc led a complicated talent advance process, implementing refined project management tactics and detailed road maps for the entire festival team. AdHoc and partners met all challenges head-on and executed this production on schedule.
