The Challenge: Produce a packed 10 year anniversary party for the publication Audiofemme that cultivated brand visibility and increased brand presence, for their readership, social followers, and newsletter subscribers.
The AdHoc Solution: In order to leave a lasting impression and increase our Client’s followers and readership, we knew we had to curate an audience who would pack the venue and party all night long.
We carefully selected an intimate, sceney bar located in Bushwick at the heart of the publication’s desired audience. We produced a lasting brand impression by designing beautifully branded goodie bags. Swag included branded condoms, matchbooks, shot glasses, custom cupcakes, branded decor and a limited edition “10 AF” Audiofemme zine.
We activated a digital photobooth on the dance floor where guests could seamlessly share photos and GIFs in seconds, recounting their night out and tagging the brand on their social channels.
We brought guests to the party by promoting a two-hour open bar with custom cocktails, and kept guests dancing all night long by selecting some of Brooklyn’s hippest DJs to add to the draw.
We saw a guest list of over 500 RSVPs for this free event and checked in over 250 guests throughout the four-hour party.
